Business Plan for he Automotive İndustry

I need some experienced Person who can make a Investment Business Plan for a Plant for the Automotive Sub-Industry. Subject is to make a business Plan for Investment: Building the Factory, feasibility and sales planning. This report will be presented to the Government, Banks and to the Investors. So the work has to be detailed till the molecules :). The Aim is to get semi products from different Suppliers, Assembly and sell to the Automotive Industry.
More details will be given after the evaluation of experience and CV who are willing to work with us.
The BP will be prepared in MS Excel and Word. The languages can be English, German or Turkish.
Existing Projects with no Copyrights are welcome with change opportunities.
