Turbo V8 Engine Design for Sand Casting

I’m looking for a mechanical or automotive design engineer to design a fully functional 0.6L V8 turbo engine with two SOHC cylinder heads, ready for sand casting and machining in aluminum.

This is a small, high-RPM V8 designed for real operation — not a display model. The final design will include proper oil and water jackets, sand casting draft angles, and machining tolerances.

I’ll provide hand-drawn sketches and a detailed spec sheet with all key measurements.

Engine Specifications:
- Configuration: 60° V8
- Displacement: ~0.6L
- Bore: 44 mm
- Stroke: 41 mm
- Conrod length: 70 mm
- Compression ratio: 8.5 : 1 (Turbo setup)
- Material: Aluminum alloy (sand-cast, then machined)
- Cooling: Water-cooled (internal jackets)
- Lubrication: Wet sump with full oil galleries
- Heads: 2 × SOHC heads (one per bank)
- Camshaft: One per head, chain or belt driven

Notes:
- Design for use with a Speeduino ECU (leave injector and sensor port placeholders)
- Must include realistic cooling and oil circulation paths
- Include draft angles and wall thickness suitable for sand casting
- Prior experience with engine design or foundry-ready models preferred
