Full Vehicle Development: Complete Digital Design Off-Road Vehicle (SolidWorks)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I am seeking a high-level Mechanical & Automotive Design Engineer to create a complete digital prototype of a new off-road vehicle named "Burgan." This is a full-scale project, and the goal is to have a manufacturing-ready 3D model that includes every single component.
Project Scope:
Chassis & Structure: Design a heavy-duty tubular space-frame chassis (Weldments) capable of handling extreme off-road conditions.
Powertrain Integration: Precise 3D integration of a Toyota 2.7L (2TR-FE) engine and transmission (proper mounting, clearance, and alignment).
Body Design: Create a rugged and aesthetic exterior body (Surfacing/Sheet Metal) that covers the chassis, including a functional rear cargo bed for heavy loads.
Suspension & Steering: Full design of a high-clearance, long-travel suspension system (Front A-Arms, Rear Multi-link/Leaf springs) and steering geometry.
Interior & Accessories: Design of the cockpit (seats, dashboard, pedal box) and exterior accessories (LED bars, bumpers, fuel tank, cooling system, and exhaust).
Full Bill of Materials (BOM): A complete list of every part used in the assembly.
Technical Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks (Assemblies, Surfacing, and Weldments).
Strong background in Automotive Engineering and vehicle dynamics.
Ability to perform FEA (Stress Analysis) and Motion Analysis to verify the suspension and frame.
Deliverables must include all native SolidWorks files, STEP files, and high-quality 3D renders.
Objective:
I need a "Ready-to-Build" digital version. The model should be so detailed that I can send the parts to a laser-cutting shop or a CNC facility and start assembly immediately.
