Electric Car Battery System Design - is a project, i no have money , is my idea car
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a full-scale prototype vehicle and I need an electrical engineer who can take complete ownership of the battery systems—from the first sizing calculation all the way to a production-ready design. Your focus will be on both the design and the development phases, working side-by-side with my mechanical and automotive teams so the pack integrates perfectly with the chassis and powertrain.
Here’s what I expect:
• Translate performance targets (range, power, charge time) into clear electrical and thermal requirements.
• Select cell chemistry and architecture, design the pack layout, BMS, safety circuitry and cooling strategy.
• Produce detailed schematics, harness drawings, CAD models and a full bill of materials ready for manufacturing quotes.
• Run simulations and lab tests to validate capacity, thermal behavior and safety compliance, documenting everything in concise reports.
• Guide prototype build, iterate on test findings and prepare the final design package for mass production.
Success is a battery system that meets our performance goals, passes abuse tests and can be manufactured without re-engineering. If you have a proven track record in high-voltage automotive packs and enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, let’s discuss the details and timelines.
