ESP32-S3 Alternator PCB Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a complete PCB design that puts an ESP32-S3 at the centre of an automotive alternator controller. The board must regulate the field coil, handle auxiliary battery charging, and provide on-board monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature.
Deliverables
• Complete schematic in Altium, including ESP32-S3, gate driver or discrete stage for the field coil, current-sense amplifier, temperature sensors, CAN transceiver, power supply, and protection circuitry
• Two-layer (or more, if you advise) routed PCB layout ready for manufacture, with design files, Gerbers, drill data, and a pick-and-place file
• Structured BOM with automotive-grade components and alternates
