Automotive engineer required to engineer upgrades.
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
We are seeking an experienced engineer to assist with upgrades to light and heavy vehicles. The project involves the following upgrades:
1. Honda CBR1000RRH – Two seat conversion
2. Subaru BRZ – 4 piston brake caliper upgrade
3. Hyundai i30 – Disability hand controls
combined brake and accelerator
4. Toyota 86 Coupe – Turbocharger installation
5. Great Wall X200 – Custom dickie seat
install
6. Toyota Land cruiser 100 series – High lift 5” suspension modification
7. Freightliner Coronado 114 – Exhaust system and intakes/vents altered (encapsulated) for dangerous goods and mines use
8. Toyota Hilux KUN26R – Rear brake conversion from drum to disc (Manufactured kit)
9. Freightliner Coronado 114 – Aftermarket air operated driver’s seat installation with custom rails and inbuilt seatbelt
10. Freightliner Coronado 114 – Drive axle airbag suspension system and Ringfeder type tow attachment installed
11. Iveco Daily C/Cab 50C – 2 seats removed from the rear and space made for accessories (fridge etc)
12. Toyota Dual Cab Hilux – 500kg GVM upgrade manufactured kit (already registered vehicle)
13. LDV G10 Van – Engine replacement with a Nissan 2.5L 4cylinder engine, retaining the standard transmission
I need a report made in a similar fashion to the attached file. I can do all the modification codes and compliance requirements but you will need to fill the scope, affected systems, modification checks etc.
