I need a complete pre-launch control plan for an automotive part that satisfies every clause of IATF 16949. I already have the process flow and a draft PFMEA; your task is to turn that information into a customer-ready control plan and link it to all supporting quality documents.
The finished file must:
• Follow the IATF 16949 format and terminology
• Reference the correct MSA schedule (GR&R, bias, stability) for each gauging point
• Embed the SPC strategy and reaction plan—chart type, subgroup size, control limits, and what to do when a point is out of control
• Cross-reference inspection sheets, work instructions, and any special characteristics called out in the PFMEA
• Arrive in a clean, editable Excel workbook (or Google Sheets if you prefer)
I will review the draft against the AIAG Control Plan manual and expect one round of revisions if anything is missing. Once approved, I will sign it off for PPAP submission.
