I am seeking a freelance Electrical/Automotive Hardware Engineer to design a commercial-grade PCB for our automotive tech startup based in Egypt. Our product is an OBD-II diagnostic module that connects to vehicles for live data reading, DTC scanning, and communication with mobile apps via BLE. The PCB design must be ready for global automotive safety and EMC certification, including CE, FCC, UN ECE R10, and ISO 7637, with all best practices adhered to for in-vehicle use, Note of using esp32 as the microcontroller

Key Requirements:
- Design a PCB that emphasizes low power consumption, high-speed data transfer, robust durability, and safety.
- Ensure the design is suitable for global automotive safety and EMC certifications.
- Follow best practices for in-vehicle use to ensure reliability and performance.
