Automotive Control PCB Design Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking an experienced PCB designer to create a new design for an automotive control application. The PCB must incorporate the following components: Atmega328p with two MCP2515 chips, Bluetooth, an SD card, and bootloader pins. Additionally, it should feature an ECU plug (HCCMHPE24BKA90F 24 PIN 24 WAY ECU CONNECTOR) and adhere to a specific size of 75mm by 95mm, with the plug fitting within the 75mm dimension.
Key Requirements:
- Design a PCB for automotive control using specified components.
- Ensure the design includes the Atmega328p, MCP2515, Bluetooth, SD card, and bootloader pins.
- Integrate the HCCMHPE24BKA90F ECU connector within the specified PCB size.
- Comply with automotive industry standards.
- Submit the design to JLCPCB to verify component availability.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in PCB design, particularly for automotive applications.
- Familiarity with Atmega328p, MCP2515, and related components.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to work with JLCPCB for component verification and manufacturing.
Please refer to the attached PDF for more detailed specifications. I am open to suggestions for component placement and layout. The payment structure will be 50% upfront and the remaining 80% after successful testing of the PCB to ensure functionality. I am looking for someone who can deliver a perfect and reliable design, as previous collaborations have not met expectations.
