Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business workflows to identify automation opportunities across inventory, order processing, customer notifications, marketing, and report generation
- Design, implement, and optimize automation workflows using tools such as UiPath, Python, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
- Integrate automation between platforms (e-commerce, ERP, marketing, WhatsApp/CRM)
- Test, monitor, and document automation solutions for robustness and scalability
- Collaborate with product, logistics, and marketing teams to deliver seamless process automation
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of automated processes
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience with automation platforms and scripting (Python, APIs, RPA tools)
- Track record in e-commerce or startup environments is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with integrating APIs, cloud apps, and ERPs
- Ability to map and re-engineer business processes for automation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Bonus:
- Experience automating Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp Business, or inventory/fulfillment apps
- Exposure to Indian compliance in e-commerce automation
