Zoho Sheet to Projects Automation

I already use Zoho Sheet to take meeting notes and I’d like every note I enter—specifically the agenda items, the action items with deadlines, and the attendee names and roles—to travel automatically into Zoho Projects as individual tasks. Each set of tasks should land neatly inside the appropriate task list for that meeting.

I began building the workflow myself in Zoho Flow, but mapping the columns, setting up the triggers, and parsing multiple action items from a single row turned out to be more involved than expected. I need someone who can:

• Design a clear, reusable Zoho Sheet template that captures the three details above.
• Configure Zoho Flow so each time I add or update a row, the flow creates or updates the corresponding tasks in Zoho Projects under the correct task list, copying deadlines and any other metadata correctly.
• Provide a brief walkthrough or simple documentation so I can tweak the flow later.

If you’ve linked Zoho Sheet, Flow, and Projects before, this should be straightforward; I just need it running smoothly and reliably.
