I am looking for an experienced Zoho Recruit consultant to configure and optimize my Zoho Recruit instance based on specific business requirements.

Main Objectives:

Implement a smart job–candidate matching system with customized views

Design a recruitment pipeline with automated status updates, from application receipt to hire or rejection

Set up essential email automation workflows (application received, shortlist, rejection, etc.)

Test all automations and provide clear documentation

Context:

I will handle module customization and data mapping myself using Excel files

The solution must be robust, scalable, and future-proof, allowing gradual automation improvements

Initial database size: ~260,000 candidates and ~6,000 companies

Expected Deliverables:

Fully functional job–candidate matching system

Automated recruitment pipeline

Operational email workflows

User guide and recommendations for continuous improvement
