Zoho Recruit Customization & Automation
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I’m ready to refine my current Zoho Recruit setup so it works the way my hiring team actually operates. The first job is to adjust the user interface and underlying data fields—cleaning up what we see on screen, adding or hiding fields where needed, and ensuring every record captures the information we truly use.
Once the layout is right, I need two smart automations built directly inside Zoho Recruit. The first should streamline candidate tracking, automatically moving applicants through stages as their status changes, reminding applicants to submit application videos to go along with their applications. These automations should The second should handle interview scheduling—triggering calendar invites and reminders based on time-based events (for example, 24-hour and 1-hour reminders) and status shifts such as “Interview Confirmed.”
Because these workflows hinge on both status-change and time-driven triggers, I’ll rely on Zoho Recruit workflow rules, Blueprint, and, if necessary, a bit of Deluge scripting. After everything is deployed, I’d like brief documentation or a quick walkthrough video so my team understands how the new screens and automations work.
Deliverables:
• Updated UI and data-field configuration inside Zoho Recruit
• Two automated workflows (candidate tracking & interview scheduling) using status-change and time-based triggers
• Short hand-over guide or video showing configuration and how to maintain it
If you’ve tuned Zoho Recruit before and are comfortable with Blueprint and workflow rules, I’d love to work with you.
