Zoho One Setup and Configuration Expert

**Job Title: Zoho One Consultant (Freelance)**

We’re a fast-growing AI-driven trading platform that manages self-custodial perpetual-futures accounts for clients worldwide. We’re looking for a Zoho One expert to architect our CRM→Finance→Automation workflows, implement seamless invoicing and upskill our team to run and extend the system independently.

## What You’ll Do

* **Requirements Gathering & Solution Design**

* Lead discovery sessions to capture business processes and user needs
* Define a scalable Zoho One data model (leads → clients → accounts → invoices → payments)

* **Platform Configuration**

* Set up Zoho CRM: modules, custom fields, layouts, and role-based access
* Configure Zoho Books for automated billing, payment reminders, and financial reporting
* Build Zoho Flow automations for key lifecycle events and escalations

* **Reporting & Dashboards**

* Create real-time dashboards and reports tracking KPIs like onboarding time, invoice status, and user engagement

* **Training & Documentation**

* Deliver hands-on workshops and/or recorded tutorials for staff of varying technical levels
* Produce clear user guides, process maps, and quick-reference materials

## What We’re Looking For

* **Deep Zoho One Expertise**

* 3+ years implementing Zoho CRM, Books, and Flow (or equivalent Zoho suite)
* Zoho-issued certifications or proven exam success

* **Process & Automation Savvy**

* Strong track record translating complex workflows into Zoho automations
* Comfortable designing conditional logic, custom functions, and data validation

* **Training & Communication**

* Experience teaching non-technical teams—able to tailor materials and sessions to varied audiences
* Excellent written and verbal skills; adept at documenting processes

* **Project Ownership**

* Self-starter who can hit milestones on time in a freelance engagement
* Familiarity with agile or milestone-based delivery models

* **Security & Compliance Awareness**

* Understanding of data-privacy best practices, especially for financial or API-driven workflows

## Engagement Details

* **Duration**: Flexible, typically 2–3 months from kickoff through initial support
* **Commitment**: Part-time or full-time hours, depending on scope; schedule to suit both parties
* **Deliverables**:

1. Fully configured Zoho One environment
2. End-to-end automated workflows and integrations
3. Custom dashboards and reports
4. Training sessions (live and/or recorded) and documentation
5. Final handover and knowledge-transfer package
