Zoho One Customization & Automation Expert

This is Jenifer Antony, Administrative Assistant.

We are looking for a Zoho One support freelancer to take on a project involving the customization and automation of our existing Zoho One environment.

Our current requirements include:

- CRM setup and optimization
- Student enrollment and data management
- Class scheduling and instructor allocation
- Billing and payment workflow
- MoUs and document management
- Forms, approvals, and workflow automation
- Centralized reporting and dashboards
- User roles, permissions, and administrator access
- Integration and automation across the Zoho applications we are currently implementing.

Our organization manages approximately 2,000 classes per month across 3 locations, with around 30 instructors, along with online classes and administrative operations. We are looking for a freelancer who can understand our workflow and recommend the best Zoho-based solution to automate these processes.
