Zoho CRM & Excel Overhaul

I want to turn Zoho CRM into a clean, automated hub for all of our customer information and retire the scattered spreadsheets we rely on today. I already have the Zoho environment active; what’s missing is the fine-tuned setup that makes day-to-day work effortless and keeps our data accurate.

Here is what I need from you:

• Data migration – move every historical record now sitting in Excel into Zoho CRM, mapping each column to the correct field and preserving notes, dates, and attachments.
• Workflows – design and activate automated rules for lead assignment, follow-up reminders, and deal-stage notifications so my team never misses a touchpoint.
• Reports – create custom dashboards and export-ready reports that I can analyze further in Excel with pivot tables and formulas.

Success will be measured by: all legacy data visible and searchable in Zoho, workflows firing as expected on a live test account, and three management reports delivering accurate figures that match the source spreadsheets.
