Zoho Books Setup & Training
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m migrating our small construction and property-management company from an error-prone Excel workbook to Zoho Books and need an expert who can configure a clean, IFRS-aligned system from day one.
Current pain points
• Data inaccuracy, complicated processes and a total lack of automation are slowing us down.
• Our workbook covers eight active properties and already shows some inaccuracies and missing data that must be verified before import.
Scope of work
1. Validate and clean the structured Excel file I’ll provide, then import opening balances.
2. Build an IFRS-compliant chart of accounts that supports project tracking—initially eight properties, but scalable to at least thirty.
3. Configure VAT, depreciation schedules, bank feeds and recurring tenant invoices so day-to-day work is automated.
4. Set up automation for the three areas we care about most:
• Generating invoices
• Tracking expenses
• Project-based financial reporting
5. Design custom dashboards and management reports that give us real-time insight.
6. Deliver short, role-based training sessions for three staff members and provide 30 days of post-go-live support.
What success looks like
• Simple, reliable bookkeeping with one-click invoicing, expense capture and property-level reporting.
• Clean opening balances that reconcile to our statements.
• Dashboards that management can read without drilling into data.
• Team members confident in their daily tasks after training.
Preference will be given to someone who has implemented Zoho Books for UAE-based businesses and understands local compliance requirements.
