Zoho Bigin Multi-Pipeline Automation

I use Zoho Bigin to manage five separate pipelines and I’m ready to replace the current patchwork of manual steps with a clean, fully automated flow. All of the work sits squarely inside the Sales module, so the goal is to design and build smart workflows that:
• Qualify every new lead automatically based on the criteria I’ll provide
• Trigger timely, personalised follow-up emails as each deal moves through its stages
• Produce clear, real-time sales reports I can share with my team without extra clicks
Each pipeline has its own stages, yet several rules overlap. I’d like reusable logic where it makes sense and pipeline-specific actions where it doesn’t. Everything needs to live inside Zoho Bigin—no external tools are required right now—so please leverage native features such as Blueprints, Workflow Rules, Custom Fields and Email Templates.
When the job is done I should be able to watch a new lead enter the system, get scored, receive the right nurture sequence and land in a dashboard that tells me exactly how the deal is progressing, all without my intervention.
