We are seeking a skilled freelancer to enhance our current implementation of ZOHO Recruit and ZOHO People. The initial configuration has been completed, but we require an expert to optimize workflows, customize modules, and improve overall usability tailored to our business processes.
Scope of Work:
Review and audit current setup of ZOHO Recruit and ZOHO People
Customize forms, fields, and workflows to better suit our recruitment and HR operations
Set up automation where needed (e.g., notifications, approvals, onboarding)
Improve integration between ZOHO Recruit and ZOHO People
Provide best practices and training to our internal team (if required)
Ensure data integrity and streamline user experience
Requirements:
Proven experience with ZOHO Recruit and ZOHO People
Strong understanding of HR and recruitment workflows
Ability to recommend and implement process improvements
Excellent communication skills
