I run an online training institute and post daily videos on YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels. I already have a list of trending topics every day. Now I want to create a fully automated system that can:

What I Need (System Features)

Input → Google Sheet/Notion: Trending topics will be added here.

Script Generation (AI): Auto-create 30–60 sec script (hook → content → CTA) in simple English.

Voiceover (TTS): Generate natural Indian-accent voice for the script.

Video Creation: Use templates (CapCut/ffmpeg/Canva API etc.) to auto-generate 1080×1920 videos with captions + music.

Thumbnail Auto-Generation: Branded thumbnails with dynamic text.

Publishing: Auto-schedule on YouTube Shorts + Instagram Reels (via API/Meta Creator Studio).

Analytics Report: Collect daily views, likes, comments → simple report in Google Sheet.

Deliverables

End-to-end automation pipeline (topic → script → voice → video → thumbnail → post).

Branded video + thumbnail templates (I will provide logo/colors).

Documentation + SOP for my VA to operate system daily.

Initial support for testing and fixing issues.


Skills Required

Experience in n8n / Zapier / Make (workflow automation).

Knowledge of AI tools (OpenAI, TTS, Canva API, etc.).

Basic video editing automation (ffmpeg, CapCut templates, or similar).

YouTube + Instagram API publishing experience.

Important

System should be hands-free: only input is daily topic list.

Must run with minimal manual intervention.

Deliver within 2–3 weeks.

Budget

Fixed-price project (₹30,000 – ₹40,000) depending on expertise.
