Xplan Admin Automation Setup

I need new Xplan threads built so my support team can stop handling repetitive admin work by hand. The immediate focus is on two automations:

1. A thread that fires email notifications at the right trigger points.
2. A routine that keeps our client data synchronised across the relevant Xplan fields.

My support staff will sit with you—either in our Brisbane office or over Zoom—and they have full access to the system, so nothing is off-limits from a permissions standpoint. We’ll walk through the existing workflows together, outline the exact trigger logic, and then I’ll rely on you to write, test, and activate the code inside Xplan.

Deliverables
• Working Xplan thread for email notifications, tested end-to-end
• Data-synchronisation script or thread, likewise fully tested
• A brief hand-over document or screen-recording showing my staff how to adjust basic parameters
