Wrike Workflow Automation Setup
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I've already mapped every step of our process and built the corresponding Wrike request / intake forms; what’s missing is the glue that turns those forms into live projects. I need you to jump into our Wrike space and wire the forms to automated actions so that, the moment a request is submitted, the right tasks appear, land in the correct assignee’s queue, and trigger timely notifications.
Here’s what I expect to be in place when we finish:
• Automations that create the predefined task structure, automatically assign each task to the right owner, and send notification triggers to the relevant stakeholders.
• Seamless hand-off from request form to project folder, with statuses, dependencies, and due-date logic functioning as mapped.
• Slack and/or Google Drive connected where appropriate so updates and file links flow into Wrike without manual work.
• Advice on whether we should surface any additional custom fields; if they’re needed, please add and map them.
• A quick loom or short write-up showing the rules you built so my team can tweak them later.
I’ve done the discovery and documentation, so you can focus purely on configuration inside Wrike using its Automation Engine, blueprints, and integrations. Looking forward to closing this last gap and taking our process live.
