Workflow & Automation Planner (MCP Architect)
Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented workflow planner to help design automation projects for our clients. You will receive client requirements (already gathered by our sales team), and your job will be to turn them into a clear plan that our build team can follow.

What you’ll do:

Review the client brief and SOP we provide.

Draw a step-by-step workflow (simple process map).

Choose the right tools or apps for each step.

Write clear instructions so our builder can make it work.

Skills we like:

Zapier, Make.com, or n8n experience.

Can draw workflows in Miro, Lucidchart, or even Google Slides.

Good written English to explain steps clearly.

Job type:

Ongoing hourly work.

Each job has a clear scope and deadline.

We are testing people for long-term work — if you’re good, we’ll keep you busy every week.
