WordPress-HS workflows

I run a site on WordPress and now need a light-weight automation layer that keeps customers engaged without manual effort. Specifically, I want :

• upload the info where users enter
• registration and access, with html5 and magic link
• do form in HS and integration with WP to submit after access
• save, segmented and identify the data in crm
* doc explanation for each tiggers/flows done

Your job is to build these flows end-to-end inside the existing site, linking the triggers.
Everything should be tested from both the front-end (user perspective) and back-end (admin notifications and logs) so I can see proof the messages are firing as expected. If you’ve set up similar follow-up sequences on WordPress before, I’d love to see a quick example after you place your bid. And please take in count that I only consider the first bid that it’s done; bots/IA that send whatever, are not welcome :P so please read it carefully-and ask if it’s needed- before your bid!
