WooCommerce Developer Needed – Membership & Pricing Setup
Project Overview

We are an established e-commerce printing company building out a new membership-based pricing system.
The design, copy, and full implementation blueprint are already prepared — we now need a skilled WooCommerce developer to configure everything accurately according to the documentation.

Your role will be to set up the membership tiers, dynamic per-inch pricing, loyalty integration, and automation workflows inside our existing WooCommerce site.

Scope of Work
Membership System

Create 3 membership tiers: Basic, Pro, Elite

Configure monthly and annual subscriptions using WooCommerce Memberships + Subscriptions

Assign automatic user roles for each tier

Apply dynamic pricing per inch based on membership level

Dynamic Pricing & Product Logic

Set up the main product with:

Fixed 22” width and variable length input (Measurement Calculator plugin)

Specialty film add-ons: Glitter, Puff, Reflective, Foil

Per-inch upcharges and artwork condition logic

Integrate WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts with the following structure:

Non-member: $0.50/in

Basic: $0.40/in

Pro: $0.38/in

Elite: $0.30/in

Loyalty & Automation

Configure WP Loyalty Pro for retail and Basic members

Exclude Pro and Elite tiers from point earnings

Set up AutomateWoo workflows for:

New membership welcome emails

Renewal reminders

Abandoned checkout recovery

Founding 100 launch sequence emails

Founding 100 Launch Page

Create a landing page showing “Spots Remaining” for the first 100 members

Add automated “Founding Member” badge assignment

Connect email notifications for Founding 100 signups

Shipping & Checkout

Enable Free Shipping for orders over $99

Add cart notice: “You’re only $X away from Free Shipping!”

Test checkout for both monthly and annual memberships

Requirements

Proven experience with WooCommerce Memberships, Subscriptions, and Dynamic Pricing

Understanding of conditional product logic and custom fields

Experience setting up AutomateWoo or similar workflows

Ability to follow structured documentation and deliver clean, accurate configurations

Fluent English and consistent communication

Deliverables

Completed and tested Founding 100 landing page

Timeline

Estimated duration: 7–10 days
Daily progress updates via Slack or email

Budget

Open to fair fixed quotes based on experience.
