Windows Automation Tool Development

I need a small app or macro to automate file processing tasks on Windows.

Key Requirements:
- The tool should be designed specifically for Windows.
- It must efficiently automate file processing tasks.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows application development.
- Experience with task automation tools or scripting languages.
- Familiarity with file processing operations.

The app tarting from the attached file "input" need to do:

- filter the column C "Tipo di transazione" and keep in consideration only the values: "Pagamento ordine" and "Rimborso";
- filter the column A "Data" per day example 01/07/2025 and do some sums. Sum of the values in the column J "(totale) (EUR)" that they have in the column K "IVA 4". And so on for the column L "IVA 10" and column M "IVA 22". If one of the column ha no data for the day it has to write 0,00 in the cell.
