WhatsApp Support Auto-Greeting Setup

I want to streamline daily customer support on WhatsApp by adding simple, automated greeting messages. The goal is for every new or returning customer to receive a friendly, consistent welcome as soon as their chat reaches us, before a live agent takes over.

Scope

• Keep the message editable so I can update promotions or phrasing without code changes.

• No disruption to my agents’ normal live-chat workflow.
• Handover from bot to human remains seamless.
