Automation Developer for WhatsApp Lead Follow-Up (HubSpot + Twilio/360dialog)

Overview:
We’re looking for a freelance automation expert to build a system that automatically sends personalized WhatsApp messages to leads collected from Meta ads (via HubSpot). The goal is to improve our client’s response rate and forward engaged users to human team members.

Responsibilities:

Connect HubSpot form submissions to an automation workflow (Zapier, Make, or Python)

Use WhatsApp Business API (via Twilio or 360dialog) to send automated messages

Implement logic to personalize messages based on form responses

Set up forwarding system to assign responses to team members

Ensure GDPR compliance and manage WhatsApp rate-limiting

Requirements:

Proven experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or Python scripting)

Experience with HubSpot API and webhooks

Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API (Twilio or 360dialog)

Understanding of GDPR, especially around automated messaging

Strong attention to detail, clean documentation practices

Bonus Skills:

Experience in lead funnels or CRM workflows
