Project Overview:
I need a WhatsApp chatbot that interacts with users to understand their needs and provide personalized business recommendations. The bot should be able to capture key user details, match them with relevant services from a predefined list, and facilitate the next steps, such as sending a request or inquiry.
Key Requirements:
User Interaction & Data Collection:
Users initiate a conversation on WhatsApp.
The bot understands free-text input or provides interactive buttons.
Captures essential details like location (city) and service category based on user messages.
Smart Business Matching & Suggestions:
Cross-references user input with a predefined database or spreadsheet of businesses.
Displays 2-3 best-matched businesses for the user to choose from.
User Selection & Next Steps:
Allows users to select a preferred business from the list.
Gathers additional request details if needed.
Sends the selected business information along with the user request to an external application for processing.
Scalability & Maintenance:
Easy to update the list of businesses and services.
Should handle multiple user conversations efficiently.
Deliverables:
