WhatsApp Business Process Automation

I want to automate a process for my WhatsApp Business account. Whenever an unknown (unsaved) number sends me a photo of a coupon, the system should automatically read the coupon's serial number from the image, get the sender's WhatsApp profile name and phone number, save that person as a contact using a naming format that I will provide, and maintain a spreadsheet containing the customer's name, phone number, and coupon serial number. The system should also avoid duplicate entries and update existing records when needed. I am looking for a fully automated solution that requires little or no manual work after it is set up.
