WhatsApp Business & QR Code Integration for Lead Capture at Trade Expo Booth

Description:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy professional to configure and streamline our WhatsApp Business + QR-based lead capture system for the Delhi Water Expo 2025.

Scope of Work:
- Set up WhatsApp Business profile (bio, catalog link, logo, hours, etc.)
- Create and configure:
- Pre-filled WhatsApp chat links
- Quick reply templates
- Lead tagging using label system
- Assist in catalog hosting (Google Drive or webpage)
- Ensure QR codes for WhatsApp and Website work seamlessly
- Optional: Suggest automation tools like Wati, Twilio, or Make.com for future scale

Tools Expected (Any of the following):
WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, Zapier/Make, Bit.ly, Canva (optional), Twilio (optional)

Goal:
Make it easy for expo visitors to scan and instantly start a WhatsApp conversation, receive the brochure, and get followed up post-event.
