Weekly Zoho-to-Google Sync
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a reliable automation that pushes both Contacts and Emails from my Zoho account into Google on a one-way basis. The process only has to run once each week, but it must do so without manual intervention, preserve all standard fields, and avoid creating duplicates.
Feel free to propose the most efficient approach—Zoho API, Google Workspace API, Zoho Flow, Deluge, Apps Script, or a lightweight middleware solution—so long as the final result meets these checkpoints:
• A secure connection authenticating to both platforms
• Mapping for every contact field I have in Zoho (name, phone, company, custom tags, etc.)
• Transfer of email messages into the matching Google account, retaining original timestamps and attachments
• A weekly scheduler that I can adjust later if needed
• Error logging and a quick way for me to re-run the job if it fails
