Website automation - Zoho

I am looking to automate a few tasks on my web site using Zoho.
I offer company incorporation services. To do:
1/ The client chooses the package he wants to purchase
2/ He pays
3/ He downloads his ID and proof of resicdence and an anti money laundering software will check it
4/ He completes doc and signs general conditions.
