I need a browser automation tool for a web-based application. The tool should automate repetitive data entry tasks on standard web forms.

Requirements:

- Use Playwright (preferred) or Selenium.
- Read data from an Excel file (XLSX).
- Fill text input fields automatically.
- Handle dropdown selections, checkboxes, and radio buttons where applicable.
- Wait for page elements to load before interacting.
- Provide clear error handling and logging.
- Allow easy updates if form fields change in the future.
- Support Windows 10/11.
- The code should be clean, well-documented, and easy to maintain.

Deliverables:

- Complete source code.
- Setup and installation guide.
- Instructions for updating Excel columns and field mappings.
- Short demonstration video showing the automation working on a sample website.

The automation should operate only on websites where such automation is authorized and should respect the website's terms of use.
