WHMCS-WHM Full Automation Setup

I need my hosting stack humming as a single, automated system. WHM already holds every cPanel package; now I want WHMCS to pull that data continuously—products, packages, client profiles, and billing details—without any manual push. Full two-way automation is essential so that the moment I adjust a quota in WHM the change is live in WHMCS and instantly reflected on my WordPress site.

On the WordPress side, the site runs a modern hosting theme (HOSTIKO) that must stay visually and functionally in sync with WHMCS. Packages, prices, and promotions published inside WHMCS should update the WP front-end automatically. New customers will start the checkout journey on WordPress, register, and complete payment in WHMCS with zero friction.

Additional work I need handled:
• Set up and brand all WHMCS email templates so invoices, welcome emails, and reminders look professional and consistent with the site.
• Configure one primary and one backup payment gateway for global coverage.
• Connect my preferred domain registrar module, test real-time domain search, and ensure successful provisioning.
• Harden WHMCS and the server using best-practice security settings, cron scheduling, SSL, and performance tuning.

Acceptance is straightforward:
1. A live demo showing package edits in WHM instantly propagating to WHMCS and the WP product pages.
2. Successful end-to-end order: domain search ➜ cart ➜ payment ➜ cPanel account creation ➜ branded emails sent.
3. GTmetrix or similar report confirming optimized load times for the WHMCS client area.
4. A short hand-off document summarising cron jobs, security tweaks, and how to add future products without breaking the sync.
