I’m expanding an existing automation stack and need an experienced automation engineer to design, build, and document connected, production-ready workflows.

This work would require platforms like (or equivalent to):
Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, Vapi (voice agents), HubSpot CRM, agentive
You should be comfortable selecting the most efficient tool per task, not forcing everything into one platform.



1. Customer support automation
Route inbound requests
Auto-create / update tickets
Draft AI-assisted replies
Escalate to humans when required

2. Call handling & booking
Vapi-powered voice agent answers and qualifies calls
Schedules appointments
Pushes call data, summaries, and outcomes into HubSpot

3. Follow-up workflows
Email, SMS, and voice follow-ups
Adaptive logic based on lead status and behavior
Ensure no lead drops

4. AI-driven sales automation
Voice agents for outreach
Real-time lead enrichment
CRM workflows that move deals forward automatically
Monitoring & documentation (required)
Lightweight dashboard or monitoring layer
Error detection, retries, and rollback support
Clear documentation: schemas, flow diagrams, credential handling, and step-by-step playbooks
You’ll have direct access to existing accounts and repositories, and I can spin up anything else you need.
