Validate & Structure LOFTY CRM
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
Summary
I’m looking for an experienced CRM systems integrator to work directly with me to take a fully designed automation system and make it completely build-ready for implementation inside Lofty CRM.
The system is already thought through. Workflows, lifecycle stages, triggers, and sequencing exist across structured files (CSV/XLSX). The goal is to review, clarify, and organize everything into a clean, structured format that can be implemented without guesswork.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role. We will be working together to finalize the system before build.
Scope of Work
You will work with me to structure the entire system across all stages so it is ready for implementation.
This includes:
Reviewing system files (CSV/XLSX)
Identifying:
authoritative files vs addenda/reference files
duplicate or overlapping logic
Mapping:
lifecycle stages
workflow dependencies
trigger relationships
Establishing:
a clear system structure
a single source of truth
a defined build sequence
Flagging:
conflicts
trigger collisions
unclear or missing logic
Asking clear, specific questions to resolve ambiguity
Organizing everything into a format that a builder can execute without interpretation
Important
This is not a redesign or optimization role
Do not simplify, rewrite, or “improve” the system
The goal is to clarify and structure what already exists
All decisions should be confirmed, not assumed
Project Goal
fully structured across all stages
clearly organized with no ambiguity
sequenced in the correct build order
ready for a builder to implement without needing to figure things out
Working Style
We will work together in live sessions (Zoom / screen share)
You must be comfortable walking through systems step-by-step
You must be able to clearly explain your thinking in real time
Strong communication is required — this is a collaborative process
Required Experience
Strong experience with CRM automation systems
Deep understanding of:
lifecycle-based workflows
trigger sequencing
suppression logic
dependency mapping
Experience working from CSV/XLSX, system maps, workflow definitions
Experience dealing with complex or fragmented system setups
Ideal Candidate
Thinks in systems and structure
Can identify issues without jumping to redesign
Asks precise, useful questions
Can bring clarity to complex setups without overcomplicating them
Communicates clearly and can work through logic step-by-step
Not a Fit If You
Prefer to redesign or optimize systems
Rely on general “best practices” instead of following defined logic
Struggle to explain your thinking clearly in conversation
Prefer to work independently without collaboration
Question
How would you work with me to take a system spread across many files and turn it into something clean, structured, and ready to build without changing its intent?
The goal is to make the system clear, structured, and executable.
