User-friendly Cold Email Automation Bot

I want to build a **cold email automation bot** that runs full campaigns for me. I don’t want to set up or configure anything — just upload leads and email copy, and the bot should handle the rest.

Here’s how it should work:

I will:
- Upload a list of emails (CSV or Google Sheet)
- Provide email content (cold email + follow-ups)
- Set start time and days between follow-ups

The bot will:
- Read the contacts and prepare the campaign
- Send emails via my SMTP (Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, etc.)
- Handle automatic follow-ups (after 2–3 days, etc.)
- Track opens, clicks, and replies
- Show campaign status on a simple dashboard
- Let me download results or reply manually if needed

Requirements:
- Easy to use UI (upload list, paste email, set schedule, click start)
- Must run on my server or free VPS
- Must not require me to code or install anything complex
- Open to using open-source tools (like Mautic, Listmonk, Postal) OR building a custom tool using Python Flask, Node.js, or PHP
- Clean, clear interface — no design needed


I’ll provide:
- Email copy
- Leads in CSV or Google Sheet
- Campaign schedule

If it works well, I’ll rehire for more features like templates, AI content suggestion, campaign cloning, and CRM integration.
