UiPath Test Automation Build
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
Several manual routines inside our environment still rely on point-and-click repetition, and I want them fully driven by UiPath so the team can move faster. The scope centres on designing and deploying UiPath-based automation that targets developer-level workflows, then validating everything with the UiPath Test Suite to be sure each bot behaves exactly as intended.
Primary objective
Increase overall efficiency—time is currently lost on actions that a robot can run consistently in the background.
What needs to happen
• Analyse the current “developer” workflows already outlined in Studio and map the steps that must become unattended bots.
• Build, optimise and publish the automated sequences to Orchestrator, applying best practices for selectors, queues and reusable components.
• Create end-to-end tests in UiPath Test Manager so regression coverage is clear and repeatable.
• Hand over a short knowledge-transfer video or live walk-through so future tweaks can be handled in-house.
Acceptance criteria
1. Workflows run without human intervention across at least one full business cycle.
2. All test cases pass in Test Manager and produce artefacts we can archive.
3. Runtime logs confirm performance gains over the original manual process.

Once the package is imported and validated in our tenant I will sign off the milestone.
