Trello Setup & Optimization Specialist
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I run an event-planning firm with a few people on my team and we have just tried to set up our project pipeline into Trello. Right now the boards are a tangle of cards, lists, and ad-hoc labels; nothing is linked to our calendars, and automation is nonexistent. I need a very experienced power-user that has an immense experience in project management softwares, specifically trello to re-engineer the workspace so every step—from the first sales call to post-event wrap-up—flows effortlessly.
The essentials:
• Build a clear task-management and delegation structure that lets each department see exactly what’s on their plate.
• Integrate Google/Outlook calendars (or similar) so due dates and event timelines stay perfectly synced.
• Design Butler (or other) automations and workflow rules that eliminate repetitive clicks and keep cards moving.
• Map the full life-cycle of an event in Trello, ensuring the system is intuitive for new hires yet robust enough for power users.
• Provide a hand-off session or screen-recorded walkthrough so my team can maintain and scale the setup without outside help.
If you’ve already streamlined Trello for fast-moving teams and know how to squeeze every drop of efficiency out of the platform, let’s talk—I’m ready to get this organized fast.
