Tia Project Development in FBD/LAD

I'm looking for a skilled professional to help create new functionality for two Tia projects using both Functional Block Diagrams (FBD) and Logic Diagrams (LAD).

Requirements:
- Expertise in both FBD and LAD
- Proven experience in creating new functionality in similar projects
- Ability to provide a detailed project proposal

All the programming should be done in under 5-6 hours time
