Tech VA for Marketing Automation
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I manage several client accounts and I’m looking for a reliable, technically minded VA to help keep everything running smoothly across the marketing stack. Most weeks you’ll be working in Go HighLevel first (sub accounts, workflows, triggers, forms, calendars, pipelines, and integrations), and then helping with supporting tasks in WordPress, Keap, ClickFunnels, Divi, and Zapier as needed.
This is a great fit for someone who likes systems, enjoys clean builds, and can follow a process without being micromanaged.
What you’ll do
1) Go HighLevel builds and cleanup
Set up new sub accounts, connect domains and email or SMS tools when needed, build workflows and triggers, configure forms and trigger links, and verify that leads move from opt in to booked to sold without breaking.
2) Automation setup and testing
Translate a written process into working automation inside the platform, then test it using real scenarios, as well as sending broadcast emails. I care less about speed and more about doing it correctly and documenting what you changed.
3) Maintenance and troubleshooting
Fix issues, handle updates, connect integrations, and keep things organized so nothing gets lost. You’ll document changes and leave clear notes so we always know what happened and why.
What I’m looking for:
- Comfortable learning new tools and following a checklist
- Strong attention to detail, clean work, and good communication
- Able to work independently, but asks questions when something is unclear
You do not need to be an expert, but you do need a solid technical foundation and common sense troubleshooting skills
Hours and flexibility:
This is ongoing work with variable hours week to week. Tasks will be assigned through Slack, and I do not care what time of day you work as long as tasks are completed on time and communication is consistent. In general, I expect replies within one business day.
