Seeking an experienced programmer for a custom motion control automation project using TRIO controllers.
Technical Requirements:
TRIO motion controller programming (TrioBASIC)
Analog joystick integration and real-time input processing
Position recording and automated playback functionality
Modular system design (configurable for 1 or 2 motor setups)
Custom visual interface development (tablet/touchscreen)
Real-time motion visualization and path display
TCP/IP interface development
Safety-critical system implementation
Project Scope:
Develop a custom interface for motion control automation equipment. The system must record joystick movements and automatically play back sequences. Visual representation of motion paths and real-time position feedback required.
Work Arrangement:
Non-local programmers must have the capability to access TRIO hardware via Ethernet for programming and testing remotely. A programmer must be able to explain and guide the client through remote access setup and operation procedures.
