This assignment centers on programming and configuration within Siemens TIA Portal, with the sole focus on PLC programming for an S7-1200 family controller. I will provide the I/O list, functional description, and any existing tag tables; the task is to turn those documents into a clean, fully commented project that compiles and runs without errors.
Key activities include building all required OBs, FCs, and FBs, structuring data blocks for readability, and handling basic diagnostics. If you prefer PLC-Sim for initial validation, that is perfectly acceptable and remote testing access can be arranged afterward on the real hardware.
Deliverables
• TIA Portal project file (.ap17 or earlier on request)
• Annotated source code with English comments
• Exported tag list in XLS/CSV
• Short test report or screen recording that shows the program running
