Syncro Automation Setup & Ticket Oversight
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need a Syncro-savvy technician to get our help-desk humming and then keep it that way. The first task is to build out a full suite of auto-responses in Syncro. Messages must fire whenever a new ticket is created, any update is made, or the ticket is finally closed. Each template should pull the right dynamic fields, reflect our branding, and set clear expectations for clients.
Once the automation is live, I want you to watch the queue and act as our Level 1 line of defense. That means triaging every incoming request, updating statuses as work progresses, communicating with the client so they are never left wondering, and escalating or re-prioritizing tickets the moment they warrant extra attention.
Deliverables
• Auto-response templates for the three triggers configured and tested in Syncro
• Clear documentation of the rules so I can tweak wording later
• Ongoing daily ticket monitoring with timely client replies, status updates, and proper escalation notes
If you already live inside Syncro and know its automation engine cold, I’d love to have you steering our support workflow.
