Squarespace Zapier Automation Setup

My Squarespace store is built, staged, and waiting on one last piece: automation. I want every order to flow through Zapier so the site can handle three things without me lifting a finger.

First, contest entry tracking. Each product grants a different number of entries, and the logic must fire off the moment an order is marked Paid. The flow should read the product SKU, look up the correct entry value, tally it to a master database (Google Sheet, Airtable, or whatever you prefer), and keep a clean history so winners are easy to verify.

Second, customer emails. Through Zapier, I need triggered campaigns for:
• After-purchase confirmation
• A separate “Your X contest entries are locked in” message that lists their totals
• Shipping/tracking updates pulled from Squarespace (or my Shippo integration)
• A thank-you note once the package shows Delivered

Every email should use dynamic fields for name, order number, SKU list, entry count, and tracking link so I never edit templates again.

Finally, everything must be tested end-to-end on the unpublished site, then pushed live with clear documentation. I should be able to duplicate the zap, change an SKU or entry value, and watch it work without touching code.
