Sports Complex Booking Automation Guru
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
We are seeking a technical collaborator for our agency, specializing in process automation and booking management for sports complexes. The goal is to optimize communication and booking administration through automation solutions.
Key tasks include:
Gmail Management (Primary Channel): Implementing automated filtering, reading, and processing of incoming emails from schools, administrative offices, and hotels. Automated replies within the same email thread are required to streamline communication.
Integrations: Connecting automation workflows with our CRM (GoHighLevel), Airtable, or Google Sheets for centralized and efficient data management.
Business Logic: Developing robust logic for real-time availability validation and the automatic sending of confirmations or notifications to users.
Required Tech Stack:
Automation Platforms: n8n and/or Make (formerly Integromat).
APIs: Gmail API / Google Workspace, Webhooks, and REST APIs.
CRM: Experience with GoHighLevel.
Mandatory Application Requirement:
To be considered, candidates must submit a video (Loom or similar, with a public link) lasting a maximum of 5 minutes. The video must include:
A brief personal introduction.
A demonstration of a real automation built by the candidate (preferably in n8n/Make, processing emails or CRMs), showing the screen.
A detailed explanation of the implemented logic, tools used, technical challenges faced, and the approach to debugging and error handling.
Proposals that do not include this video will not be reviewed.
Project Details:
End Client: A sports complex focused on managing school bookings.
Initial Scope: Development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP V0) with an estimated delivery date of late June.
Future Collaboration: There is a possibility of long-term, recurring collaboration to replicate the automation system for the agency's future clients.
Work Arrangement: Remote work, on a freelance project basis.
