I already have Spine HR running and now need the Payroll Management section fully configured. The goal is simple: automatic salary calculation for every employee and instant, professional-looking payslip generation each month. We operate in a single currency, so no multi-currency handling is necessary.
You’ll receive our salary structures, statutory rules, and employee data. From there, please:
• Configure the Payroll Management module to calculate gross-to-net pay automatically.
• Build payslip templates that match our branding.
• Run and reconcile one test pay cycle to prove everything balances.
• Supply a short user guide or video so my HR staff can run the process themselves.
• Offer a brief post-go-live support window and tell me how long that will be.
Only freelancers who have previously set up payroll inside Spine HR should apply—hands-on experience is critical. Let me know your timeline and any clarifying questions.
