Smartsheet Task Tracking Setup

I need assistance setting up Smartsheet for our small family run construction business. We have been using it for a few years now but I want to automate how we book in the contracts and a workflow for jobs from order to completion. I would also like to be able to link to Dropbox for folder creatiion when a new project is booked our workflow.
