Smartsheet Advanced Features Tutoring
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I already handle everyday Smartsheet tasks with ease, but I now need guidance on its more powerful capabilities. My focus is twofold:
• Automation – in particular, building dependable workflow automations that move information between sheets, trigger status changes, and keep stakeholders in the loop without constant oversight.
• Custom reporting – creating reports that consolidate data from multiple sheets and present it clearly for management reviews and dashboards.
I learn fastest when I can watch a real-time walkthrough, practise on a shared test sheet, and then review what I built with an expert. Screen-sharing sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar) therefore suit me best, ideally broken into short segments so I can absorb each concept before moving on.
Deliverables
1. Live tutoring sessions scheduled around US Eastern business hours.
2. Step-by-step demonstrations of at least one workflow automation and one multi-sheet custom report that I recreate during the lesson.
Creating dashboard
3. A brief written recap with links, keyboard shortcuts, and any template sheets used so I can refer back later.
Acceptance criteria: by the end of our time together, I can build a new workflow automation and a custom report on my own, explain what each step does, and troubleshoot a common error scenario.
